About this place
One diner described the yakisoba noodles at Teppan Usagiya as chewy and said the dish came with plenty of large oysters. If you are choosing a teppan dish, the oyster version may be one to look out for. The same diner also singled out the dote-yaki, whose white miso sweetness made an impression. It is another option if you would like a dish with a sweeter flavour alongside your yakisoba.
Oden is also on the menu. One visitor mentioned a neatly shaped piece of simmered grilled tofu, saying it had absorbed the flavours well. Alongside okonomiyaki and other teppan dishes, these smaller plates offer another way to spend time over food and drinks. The shochu list includes varieties made from barley, sweet potato and shiso, while several sakes are listed too. You might choose Nikaido barley shochu or Kuro Kirishima sweet-potato shochu, for instance, or pair your meal with a glass of Kubota Senju or Harushika Chokarakuchi.
